This website at bleu-nickel.ai is operated by The Bleu Nickel Group, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the site, its interactive tools, any downloadable material, and the Terms Watch newsletter (together, the "Services").
By using the Services, submitting any form, or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
We are consultants, not attorneys, and we do not practise law. Nothing on this site — including any description of a statute, regulation, court case, contract clause or vendor's terms — is legal advice, and none of it creates an attorney–client relationship or any fiduciary duty.
Content that describes contract terms or regulatory obligations is general information about what third parties have published. It is not an opinion about your agreements, your circumstances or your legal position. Consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before making any decision with legal consequences.
The interactive tools produce directional, self-reported indications only. They are not an audit, assessment, examination, certification, attestation, compliance determination, valuation or assurance engagement of any kind, and no result should be represented to any third party as such. Results depend entirely on inputs you supply and on assumptions we have chosen; we do not verify anything you enter.
Much of this site reports what other organizations have published in their own terms, pricing pages, documentation and public filings, together with the date on which we read it. Those sources change without notice, and often without announcement. A statement that was accurate on the date shown may be inaccurate today.
We use reasonable care and cite sources so you can check us. We do not warrant that any content is accurate, current or complete, and we accept no responsibility for third-party material, third-party websites, or what any third party does with its own terms.

The Services are provided for general information. You are solely responsible for any decision you make or action you take, and you should not rely on the Services as the basis for any decision without independent verification and appropriate professional advice.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER THE BLEU NICKEL GROUP, LLC NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS OR AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). The Services are provided free of charge, and this limitation reflects the allocation of risk on which they are made available to you. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Paid engagements are governed by their own signed agreement, not by these Terms, and nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law — including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree not to misuse the Services, and not to use them for any unlawful purpose.
Please do not send us confidential, privileged, personal or client-identifying information through this website. Form submissions and tool results reach us by email through a third-party forms provider. Information sent through the site is not confidential and is not protected by any privilege. If you need to share something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Bleu Nickel Group, LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your reliance on any content without independent verification and professional advice.
The site's text, design, tools and compilations are owned by us or our licensors. You may read, print and share this material for your own internal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not republish, resell or create derivative commercial products from it without our written permission.
Third-party names, marks and product names appear on this site solely to identify those companies and their products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and all such marks remain the property of their respective owners. Short quotations from third-party terms and documentation are used for identification, reporting and commentary.
Terms Watch is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue, or by replying to any issue and asking. We do not sell or rent subscriber details. We may discontinue, change or pause the newsletter at any time.
What we collect and how we handle it is described in our privacy note. In summary: tools run in your browser and we do not store what you type into them; we receive only what you choose to submit; and, with your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure anonymous, aggregate traffic and tool usage.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute is the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary. These Terms, with the privacy note, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
